Fundraising & Rescue Experiences (By Appointment Only)
We offer small, private fundraising and educational rescue experiences by appointment throughout the year. These intentional, limited-capacity visits allow guests to connect with the alpacas in a calm and meaningful setting while directly supporting their care. Experiences may include guided interaction, supervised hand-feeding, and learning about alpaca rescue, rehabilitation, and daily operations. Because we are an active working rescue, all visits are scheduled in advance to ensure the safety and well-being of both our animals and guests.

🦙 Hand-Feeding Sessions at TNP Alpaca Rescue

At TNP Alpaca Rescue, we offer limited opportunities throughout the month for guests to connect with our herd through supervised hand-feeding experiences.

Because we are an active working rescue, all visits are intentionally scheduled to protect the health, comfort, and well-being of our alpacas.

We offer two ways to participate:

🌿 Open Farm Hand-Feeding Days 

10 min experience

$25 per person

(1–2 times per summer months) We announce on Facebook page- https://www.facebook.com/TNPAlpacaRescue

On select dates, we open the rescue to the public for small-group hand-feeding sessions. These scheduled community days allow guests to safely interact with the alpacas in a relaxed, guided setting.

During your visit, you’ll enjoy:

• Supervised hand-feeding
• Up-close interaction with the herd
• Educational insight into alpaca rescue and rehabilitation
• Photo opportunities
• A peaceful farm setting

Spots are limited per time slot to ensure a calm and positive experience for both guests and animals.

These community days help fund fencing improvements, shelter upgrades, rotational grazing for parasite reduction, feed, and veterinary care for our rescued alpacas.

✨ Private One-on-One Rescue Experiences

30 min experience

$95 for up to 2 guests
$145 for up to 4 guests

$25 per additional guest.

For a more personal and intimate connection, we offer private hand-feeding sessions by appointment.

These curated experiences include:

• One-on-one guided interaction
• Extended supervised hand-feeding time
• Personalized introductions to members of the herd
• Deeper education about rescue operations
• Priority photo opportunities

Private sessions are ideal for families, small groups, or those looking for a quieter, more meaningful visit.

Because the well-being of our alpacas comes first, private visits are limited and scheduled in advance.

🧺 Add-On: Private Farm Picnic Experience

1 hr 30 min experience. 

Extend your sanctuary visit with a styled picnic experience following your guided session.

✨ Picnic Experience Add-On — $85 additional donation fee
(Charcuterie cost paid separately to our local partner, such as Gouda Times)

With this add-on, your total private experience is extended to 1 hour 30 minutes of reserved time on the property.

The add-on includes:

• Extended reserved time within the sanctuary
• Styled picnic setup (blankets, low table or seating, cushions, or greenhouse seating depending on season)
• Scenic pasture or greenhouse location
• 45–60 minutes of relaxed private time following your guided alpaca interaction

Charcuterie boards are ordered and paid directly through the partnering company and priced according to their menu selections.

This add-on is perfect for anniversaries, girls’ outings, proposals, date nights, or small celebrations seeking a peaceful farm setting.

We rotate which alpacas participate, limit group sizes, and maintain rest days to ensure our herd remains calm, healthy, and stress-free.
